Program name and description
The text-message program is called Clutchara Road Notes (the "Program"). It is operated by Clutchara, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC. If you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provided with educational insurance information, confirmations and service messages, and (only if you separately agree) promotional announcements about new guides and resources.
Clutchara is not an insurance company, agency, or broker. Choosing insurance is your own decision.
How to opt in
You can join by completing the form on our Get Started or SMS Notifications page and checking one or both of the separate, unchecked consent boxes: (1) informational texts, and (2) promotional texts. You can also text START to join at 855-724-3146. We then send a welcome text that says “Text START to join” the program. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to use the Services or to buy anything. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies depending on the topics you chose and the guides we publish. Most subscribers receive no more than about 8 messages per month. You may receive additional messages when you reply to us or request information.
Costs
The Program is free from Clutchara, but message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT). We will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and send no further messages unless you opt in again. If you opted in to both types of texts, STOP ends both.
